TURKEY with brie, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, cucumber and a knob of butter served with a mixed green salad;
SALMON with tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, cucumber served with a mixed green salad;
TUNA with tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, cucumber, a knob of mayonnaise served with a mixed green salad;
HAM with tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, cucumber and brie served with a mixed green salad.
