When we arrived, we were welcome by the professional and convivial staff who took us to our table for two. We crossed the large main room to enter a brightly lit room in the back of the restaurant with huge windows overlooking the Strip and a view on the fountains of the Caesars Palace hotel and casino.

First, if you feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of choices on the menu, one way to make your dining experiences a bit more “streamlined” is by ordering off of a prix fixe menu or select a few items “à la carte” and share them with friends. Today, I am going to share with you what you can choose on the menu, and why we have loved them so much!

The menu at Hell’s Kitchen is a culinary adventure, with a focus on modern American cuisine. Each dish is carefully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an eye for presentation. The portions are generous, and the flavors are bold and delicious.
The menu features classic dishes with a modern twist, created by Chef Ramsay himself. Start your meal with the infamous beef Wellington or the standout dish such as the pan-seared scallops, both of which are cooked to perfection. For the main course, try the Jidori chicken scallopini or the braised short rib, both of which are tender and flavorful.
The dessert menu is equally impressive, with options like the sticky toffee pudding and the salted peanut decadence. To top off your meal, indulge in one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails, such as the Smoked On the Blvd or the Hell’s Kitchen Scottish Kiss.
The restaurant’s ambiance is energetic, with an open kitchen and a large bar area where you can watch mixologists create craft cocktails.
But it is time for us now to try the “à la carte” menu! We sampled two appetizers such as the “golden beet salad,” including toasted hazelnuts and the “lobster risotto,” which is butter poached and accompanied with butternut squash and sage, all beautifully plated in an elegant and modern style. For entrée, we opted for the “crispy skin salmon,” which is served with beluga lentils, shaved fennel salad, citrus herb in a beurre blanc and a delicious latte to complete the dinner. Truly a delightful way to make our meal just perfect!
